Summer School
Summer School at the Anglo Italian School is an intensive educational experience designed to deepen knowledge and skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment. Alongside hands-on activities led by experienced teachers the program also includes recreational activities, pool time and creative workshops.
English is spoken throughout the entire program, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the language together with the opportunity to collaborate with peers of different ages and from diverse backgrounds, develop both academic and soft skills, and enjoy a balanced experience that promotes learning, creativity, well-being, and personal growth in a supportive and inspiring setting.
A typical day at summer school feels busy, playful and a little magical.
The day usually starts with arrival and free play, where kids settle in, catch up with friends and ease into the morning.
Days at school go fast! Children spend mornings on arts and crafts projects; they paint, create collages or work on themed projects tied to the week, like ocean animals or summer nature, or the beach or ice creams!
After a short snack break, it’s time to cool off with outdoor water games.
After lunch and a short rest or quiet activity, the afternoon winds down with group games, baby dance or an extra small craft before pickup.
Pool days are more relaxed and energetic. The main activities are swimming and water games. The schedule is flexible to allow snack breaks, hydration, sunscreen refresh, lunch and a rest in the shade.
School days emphasize social skills, creativity and fine motor skills. Pool days emphasize movement and development of gross motor skills.
Every day is a balanced and exciting experience!
